Stamping With Blue Moon Creations

Baby Wipe Background-Christmas Pines, Pretty Pines

It is week 2 of our sketch challenge #178 over at the Nacho Average site.

Here’s my contribution:

Christmas Pines 002

While this is not officially the first Christmas card I created this season, it comes pretty close!

Yes, Christmas will be here before we know it!

For this card I used the Christmas Pines stamp set and coordinating Pretty Pines Thinlits dies which can be purchased from the upcoming Holiday Catalog on Sept 1.

So, I guess this is a sneak peek!

The background is a baby wipe that I had used to clean off stamps.  I let it dry, then glued it to a scrap piece of card stock.  I could then cut it down as needed.  I like the soft fuzzy look it gives to the card.

Supplies Used:

Stamp Set: Christmas Pines

Ink: Cherry Cobbler, various

Paper: Mint Macaron, Emerald Envy, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler

Accessories: Big Shot, Pretty Pines Thinlits dies, rhinestones, red Sharpie pen
