The new Dynamic Hexagons Embossing folder is perfect for making those sometimes hard to create masculine cards!
Recently, we were invited to the 13th birthday celebration for my husband’s cousin’s grandson!
Ok, I rarely have to make a card for a 13 year old boy, so I had to think a few minutes about what I could come up with.
It didn’t take me long though because I knew the Dynamic Hexagons embossing folder would do the trick, especially if I used it to emboss a piece of silver foil paper.
This card is so cool in person. I love the raised texture from the embossing and how the silver foil paper changes depending on the lighting.
It has that great industrial look, perfect for a a tech savvy kid!
The greeting was heat embossed on a piece of vellum card stock using black embossing powder. I used 2 black glimmer brads from my stash to hold the vellum in place, plus to add a little bit of interest.
Super Easy!
The Dynamic Hexagons Embossing Folder makes quick work out of making masculine-themed cards!
