Playful Pals Easter Bunny

Playful Pals Easter BunnyPlayful Pals Easter BunnyIt’s almost time for Easter!  The Playful Pals stamp set and coordinating Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies are perfect for creating a cute Easter Bunny!

I needed to create an Easter card for my soon-to-be 6-month-old granddaughter.

I had the Playful Pals stamp set, and Pyramid Pals Thinlits Dies out on my craft table after creating this “Hello Baby” shaving cream card for my niece.

So, I decided they would be perfect for creating a little Easter Bunny.

The base of the rabbit is cut out using part of the triangle box framelits die out of Whisper White card stock.  The eyes, nose, whiskers, ears, and feet were stamped using Smoky Slate ink.  I used my Flirty Flamingo marker to color in the ears and eyelids.  The feet were cut out of Whisper White card stock, and the paw pads and nose were cut out of Flirty Flamingo card stock using the framelits dies.   The paws and pads were popped up using Dimensionals.   The bow was cut out of Smoky Slate card stock and popped up using a Dimensional.  A Flirty Flamingo heart enamel shape was added for a little interest.

I will write on the inside “Some Bunny Loves You” as the greeting.  I also added a piece of magnet to the back of the front of the card.  This way, the rabbit piece can be cut away from the base and hung on a refrigerator or similar.
