Batik is a wax resist method of dying fabrics originating in Indonesia.
In stamping, the batik look can be achieved by using the emboss resist technique called Burned Batik.
It can also be achieved by applying color direct to paper and adding highlighting with white ink.
Both techniques add vibrant colors to any stamping project.
My May Fresh Card Making Tutorial will feature the Burned Batik and Batik Techniques.
