I made this birthday card for Dale, our neighbor and good friend.
I used the stamp set Mountain Air which is perfect for our location in the mountains of southern Colorado.
I paired it with the Rectangular Postage Punch for something a little different.
To make this card, I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock measuring 2″ x 4 1/4″.
I stamped the trees first towards the bottom of the card front using Old Olive ink.
Then, I stamped the mountains using Misty Moonlight ink.
To fill in the area between the trees and the mountains, I inked up the bottom of the tree stamp, turned it upside down, off stamped, then stamped to just get the landscape.
After the stamping was done, I punched out 3 panels using the Rectangular Postage Punch, then mounted them on a piece of Old Olive matting.
The greeting comes from Blossoms in Bloom and was stamped on a Very Vanilla card front using Misty Moonlight ink and the Stamparatus.
