Sometimes having a sketch challenge helps get those creative juices flowing!

One of my favorite sketches is this one:
This sketch lends itself to clean and simple cards that can be put together in a matter of minutes.
Pair it it with any pretty designer paper. Then, just add a greeting for any occasion!
Here is the first clean and simple card I created using this sketch:
I paired it with the gorgeous Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper matted to a piece of Evening Evergreen card stock.
The greeting is from Welcoming Woods stamped in Magenta Madness Ink.
Here’s a sympathy card I created using the sketch challenge:
I paired it with Beauty of the Earth Designer Series paper matted to a piece of Evening Evergreen card stock.
I added the greeting from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set stamped in Cajun Craze ink.
Paper Measurements:
Designer Paper: 5″ x 2 1/4″
Mat: 5 1/4″ x 2 1/2″
Card Base: I started with a piece of Basic White card stock measuring 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″. I cut it down to measure 5 1/2″ x 3 1/2″.
It took me less than 5 minutes to create each card!
The possibilities are endless!
