Add Ink to White Craft Pad
How-to tutorial and video!
I recently purchased a new Whisper White Craft Pad from Stampin’ Up!
My old Whisper White Craft Pad was over 10 years old and had a crusty layer on the top which made it difficult to reink and use.
So, I thought it was time to replace it!
The white craft pad from Stampin’ Up! comes uninked.
But, the pad comes with a ink refill, and it’s simple to add the ink.
Here’s How:
- Open the pad, laying it face up.
- Squeeze ink from the refill bottle all around the pad.
- Gently work the ink into the pad. I used a palette knife to move the ink.
- Set the pad aside for a few minutes, allowing the ink to soak into the pad.
- Repeat, adding more ink if needed. Set aside again.
- Test by inking up an image and stamping.
Done!
You may need to add more ink before each use for awhile as the ink soaks into the pad.
The ink refill is also available for purchase if you run out.
Honestly, I think the refill that comes in the set will last you a long time!
