Triple Time Stamping Technique
Images cross over from one layer to another with this fun and easy card-making technique!
It’s also a great way to use up paper scraps and incorporate collage-style stamping into your projects!

Triple Time Stamping Technique How-To:
- Cut card front layers measuring:
4″ x 5 1/4″
3″ x 4 1/4″
2″ x 3 1/4″
For this card, I used Basic White card stock.
2. Cut mat layers measuring:
Card Base: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″
2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″
For this card, I used So Saffron card stock.
3. Attach card front layers, centering each piece on top of the other. Use only a small amount of glue as you don’t want this layering to be permanent. You only want the pieces to be together so they don’t shift while stamping. I used a small line of Stampin’ Seal.
4. Now to stamp the images. Because of the layers of card stock, I knew I would not get a complete stamped image the first time around. So, I used my Stamparatus. I placed each image separately on the Stamparatus so I could ink and stamp as many times as needed to get a good stamped image. I also used a Stampin’ Write Marker to ink up the problem areas where the layers of paper met.
Make sure you stamp the images so they cross over onto the next layer of card stock.
Collage stamping- fill in the white area, overlapping images
-Stamp pomegranates using Poppy Parade ink and marker,
-Stamp flower using Poppy Parade and Cherry Cobbler ink and markers,
-Stamp greeting from Pansy Patch using Cherry Cobbler ink,
-Stamp leaves using Granny Apple Green ink and marker,
-Stamp seeds using Cherry Cobbler ink,
-Stamp small dots using Crushed Curry ink,
Be sure to clean the stamps before moving them to another part of the image.
5. Carefully separate the layers, and attach them to the So Saffron mats. Attach to Basic White card base to complete.
