Easy Masculine Card Using Split Card Texture Die

Easy Masculine Card

An idea using the Split Card Texture Die from Stampin’ Up!

Sometimes it is hard to come up with ideas for masculine-themed cards for the men in our lives.

But the grid-patterned die in the Split Card Texture Die set makes it easy by pairing it with metallic foil paper and a simple greeting.

Here’s How:

  1. Die-cut grid pattern out of metallic foil paper using the Split Card Texture Die.  I used pieces from the Silver Foil Specialty Pack, but any would work; gold, copper, or even glimmer. Poke out all the pieces or leave some of them in like I did.
  2. Attach to foil background (silver for this card).  Pop it up by adding Adhesive Strips along all four edges.
  3. Attach to Basic Black card base.
  4. Stamp greeting on scrap Basic White using Memento Black ink.  Attach to Silver Foil mat and attach to card front using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.
  5. Add a Black Matte Dot to complete!

Done!

Easy Masculine Card!
