Fractured Card Technique
(also called Faux Shutter Technique)
The Fractured Card Technique is fun and easy and is a good way to use up paper scraps.
For this card, I paired it with the dancing tiger found in the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper.
The possibilities are endless!
