Easy Fractured Card Technique

Also known as the Faux Shutter Card Technique

Make your featured image or greeting pop by using this easy card-making technique.

It’s also a great way to use up paper scraps!

I paired this easy technique with All About Autumn Designer Series Paper for this trio of thank you cards.

Easy Fractured Card Technique How To:

1.Stamp greeting on a scrap piece of 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″  Very Vanilla card stock using Early Espresso ink.
2.Attach All About Autumn DSP to an Early Espresso card base. Attach the greeting, placing it on the diagonal.
3. Cut 1/4” wide strips of Early Espresso card stock. Attach to the card front, creating the Fractured Card using Tombow Liquid Glue. Trim edges as needed.
