Elements of Text Terrific Toadstools
The Elements of Text stamp set has quickly become a new favorite, and it pairs beautifully with the playful Terrific Toadstools set!
While Terrific Toadstools usually brings a bright and whimsical feel, I took a different approach—using Pretty Peacock and Early Espresso inks to create a more refined, earthy design.
This unexpected color palette gives the card a rich, sophisticated look while still showcasing the charm of these versatile stamp sets.
Perfect for nature lovers or anyone who appreciates a touch of woodland elegance!
Elements of Text Terrific Toadstools How-to:
1.Stamp Elements of Text on Basic White card stock using Early Espresso ink. Circle die-cut or punch. Attach to a slightly larger die-cut or punched Early Espresso circle mat.
2.Stamp toadstool using Pretty Peacock ink. Punch using coordinating Toadstool punch. Stamp stem using Early Espresso ink on Early Espresso card stock. Fussy cut using scissors. Stamp landscape using Lost Lagoon ink on Basic White card stock. Fussy cut using scissors.
3.Attach toadstool, stem, landscape to circle. Pop up the toadstool using Dimensionals.
4. Stamp greeting on scrap piece of Basic White card stock using Early Espresso ink. Banner cut edge. Sponge Early Espresso ink along the edges. Slip greeting behind the stem, using Dimensionals to pop it up.
5.Attach Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper to Early Espresso mat. Wrap ribbon around the card front, securing it in the back. I used retired ribbon from my stash. Attach to Pretty Peacock card base.
