Stamping With Blue Moon Creations

From Craft Stash to Caring Hearts

From Craft Stash to Caring Hearts

For my July Caring by Cards postcards, I pulled out an assortment of retired stamp sets, designer papers, cardstock, and embellishments to create a collection of cheerful handmade greetings.

Instead of following a single design, I mixed and matched colors, patterns, textures, and techniques, letting each postcard develop its own unique personality.

Creating postcards for the Caring by Card Network has become one of my favorite monthly projects.

Not only does it allow me to spread a little kindness, but it also inspires me to revisit retired Stampin’ Up! products and put my existing supplies to good use. It’s a rewarding way to combine creativity with purpose.

Postcards come together quickly and use fewer layers and materials than traditional cards, making them perfect for batch crafting.

Their slim design also allows several to fit easily into a single mailing.

If you have a growing collection of handmade cards or enjoy trying new techniques, consider donating a few through a program like Caring by Card.

It’s a simple yet meaningful way to share your creativity and brighten someone’s day with a heartfelt handmade greeting.
