Happy Valentine’s Day from Me to You!
This is a quick and easy quilling project. Remember, most quilling starts with a circle. Then work with the circle to make different shapes. I made “S” scrolls for the card above. Start by quilling both ends of a 2″ piece of 1/8″ quilling paper. Then unroll and loosen the circles at both ends creating a “S”. If you don’t have quilling paper, cut card stock into 1/8″ strips. The card stock is heavier than quilling paper, but works ok.

Paper: Whisper White, Blushing Bride, red quilling paper, Twitterpated Designer Series Paper
