I had fun making these cork board refrigerator magnets to give as gifts to attendees at a recent class.
I used cork sheets and scraps of Beyond the Garden Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! and color coordinated the matting and Blossom Bouquet Triple Layered punched flowers. Dimensions are below.
Base: 8″x6″
Mat: 7 3/4″ x 5 3/4″
Cork: 6″ x 5 1/2″
Designer Series Paper: 1 3/8″ x 5 3/4″
Mat: 1 1/2″ x 5 3/4″
Supplies Used:
Paper: Beyond the Garden DSP, coordinating card stock
Accessories: Cork Sheets (#119819), Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, Two-Step Owl punch (for the circles in the center of the flowers), Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesive, liquid paper glue (non SU!), peel and stick business card magnets (non SU!-can be found at any office supply store)

these look great as a demo in New Zealand I am always looking for new ideas. We dont sell cork down here but I can get some at the local shop. Could you please tell me how thick the cork is.
Thanks

I haven’t tried the cork yet, is it thick enough to use a pin into it as a real cork board?
LOVE the idea… so very very cute!
