I’ve made my first video tutorial (see below)! I invite you to watch and learn how to make the cloudy background on this iris folded hot air balloon card. It’s super easy. All you need is the large scallop circle die, Big Shot and the scallop circle punch, all from Stampin’ Up! Be sure to leave a comment. I’d love to hear what you think.
