I often incorporate paper towels or baby wipes that I have used to blot watercolor, Pigment Sprinkles or to clean off stamps in my crafting.
That was the case with this card.
I used the paper towel I used to blot Pigment Sprinkles backgrounds in various other projects
I love the bright colors and tie-dye effect!
