Baby Wipe Tie Dyed Glimmer Snowflakes

Tie die snowflakes

This card was created from a scrap piece of baby wipe left over from my tie dye flower background card found HERE.

I often use baby wipes that I have used to clean my stamp sets in my crafting.

They provide interesting backgrounds, and I like the colors provided for this tie-dye look.

Add sparkling snowflakes, and you can’t go wrong!

Here’s how:

To start, I placed a piece of  Multi-purpose Adhesive Sheet on a piece of scrap card stock.  I peeled off the other side of the adhesive backing and then laid the baby wipe onto the adhesive. I trimmed the edges of the baby wipe.  I applied SNAIL adhesive to the back of the card stock, then folded over the edges of the baby wipe to secure it.

I then cut out the trio of snowflakes from Blush Blossom glimmer paper using my Big Shot and Swirly Snowflakes Framelits Dies.

The glimmer paper was also attached to an adhesive sheet before cutting out the snowflakes.

(It’s easy to create your color of glimmer paper by sponging color onto a piece of silver glimmer paper!)

I matted the baby wipe to a piece of Elegant Eggplant card stock and attached it to my Blush Blossom card base, popping it up using Mini Dimensionals on the 4 corners.

The greeting is from Christmas Pines stamped using Elegant Eggplant ink.

Island Indigo Candy Dots from my stash were added to each snowflake to complete.
