Stamping With Blue Moon Creations

Sheltering Tree and Watercolor Paper Towel Background

Sheltering Tree 103

The background above came about as I cleaned up the inside of my Woodland embossing folder using a paper towel after creating this card shared for the Nacho Average June Blog Hop.

After the clean up, the paper towel looked similar to this one which was used for cleanup in another project:

The paper towel is 2 ply, so I removed one of the plys, glued it to a piece of card stock using a glue stick and then stamped on it.

Easy, Easy!

I love the texture it gives to the card.  And I always like to recycle and reuse!

Supplies Used:

Stamp Set: Sheltering Tree

Ink: various that were originally swiped on the inside of the embossing folder, then spritzed with water.  Early Espresso and Emerald Envy for the trunk and tree.

Paper: Soft Suede, scrap Whisper White

Accessories: paper towel, glue stick
