I have said many times that I love working with fabric but don’t enjoy sewing.
I have a sewing machine, but it rarely gets used.
I don’t quilt, but I appreciate the beauty and time it takes to create one.
I discovered the Faux Quilting Technique using paper instead of fabric, and over the years, have created many cards using this technique.
I recently saw this Come Fly With Me quilt pattern on Pinterest.

I knew instantly that this pattern would easily translate into a faux quilting project.
