Mountain Air Stampin’ Up! card ideas
Fall Leaf Color Card
Leaves are changing colors here in the mountains of Southern Colorado!
After a recent leaf-peeping trip, I was inspired by this photo to create my own fall color card using Mountain Air stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
Here is the card I created!

Here’s How:
- I repurposed a paper towel that I had used to clean stamps for the background. I liked the colors and thought they’d make a great sunrise background. I separated the plys and attached one ply onto a piece of card stock. Then, I trimmed the edges with a paper cutter. - Stamp mountains from Mountain Air stamp set using Gray Granite ink. I used the Stamparatus. Cut image out using the coordinating Majestic Mountains die.
- Stamp trees using Mossy Meadow ink. Again, I used the Stamparatus. Cut image out using the coordinating Majestic Mountains die.
- Attach mountains and trees to paper towel background using Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop them up. Trim the images to fit the background. Attach to Crumb Cake mat.
- Add the leaf colors using Stampin’ Write Markers. I used the small tip and just dabbed Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Cajun Craze inks.
- Stamp greeting from Love of Leaves in Old Olive ink on Basic White card base. Attach mountain piece. Add a glimmer dot to complete.
