I recently spent an afternoon creating several Quartz backgrounds. I was inspired by the recent discovery of The Technique Twist challenge site. Their current technique challenge is the Quartz Technique. The hosts of the site graciously included my Quartz Technique instructions for those who might want to participate.
For this card, I used Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizazz, and Calypso Coral reinkers to create a soft morning dawn in the forest landscape. The stamp set used is Lovely as a Tree, one of my all-time favorite sets.
Supplies Used (all Stampin’ Up! unless otherwise noted)
Stamp Sets: Lovely as a Tree, Sincere Salutations
Ink: Black Stazon, white craft reinker, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizazz, Calypso Coral reinkers
Paper: Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe
Accessories: window sheet, Crystal Effects, stylus

wow! Another stunning card!!! Thank you for playing again and for creating this technique!
Love the colours you chose, Anne! Such a pretty sky and Lovely as A Tree is always a can’t-miss choice. Thanks for adding a second entry at The Technique Twist…you’ve inspired me to have another go at this one!
Wow this turned out fantastic, the white features well as the clouds and it does have a morning sky feel. Thanks for playing a 2nd project with us at The Technique Twist.
