A Little Foil, A Lot of Kindness

A Little Foil, A Lot of Kindness

For my October Caring by Card postcards, I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! Hot Foil System and had fun mixing copper, gold, and silver foil with the Botanical Glow, Garden Silhouette, Sweetly Sentimental, and Reverse Hot Foil Dies.

The different combinations gave each postcard its own shimmery personality!

I look forward to creating postcards for the Caring by Card Network each month. It gives me a wonderful reason to revisit favorite retired products, use up scraps, and give well-loved crafting supplies a new purpose—all while creating something that can brighten someone’s day.

I especially enjoy making postcards because their simple format makes batch crafting quick and easy. Plus, their slim profile lets me tuck several designs into one envelope when I send them to Caring by Card.

Best of all, each postcard sends a little handmade kindness to someone who could use an unexpected reminder that someone is thinking of them.

If you have extra handmade cards, retired crafting supplies waiting for some love, or simply enjoy creating for a purpose, consider donating through Caring by Card Network.

Put those supplies to work, have fun creating, and help brighten someone’s mailbox!
