The Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder is one of this year’s Sale-A-Bration choices.

When I saw the Basket Weave embossing folder, I thought the design looked like the top of an apple pie.
So, I made a quick pie to add my card!
Here’s how:
1.Emboss a piece of Crumb Cake card stock using the Basket Weave Embossing Folder and the Big Shot. Punch out a piece using 1 1/4″ circle punch. Sponge Crumb Cake ink along the edges.
2. Punch out a piece of Silver Foil paper using 1 3/8″ Scallop Circle Punch to create the pie plate. Bring up the edges slightly using your finger nails.
3. Attach the embossed circle to the scallop circle using a Mini Dimensional to pop it up.
4. Stamp the Burlap background stamp onto Whisper White card front using Real Red ink.
5. Attach the apple pie to the card front using a Mini Dimensional to pop it up.
6. Stamp greeting from Sprinkles of Life using Basic Gray ink. Sponge edges of card front using Basic Gray ink.
7. Attach to Smoky Slate mat. Attach to Real Red mat. Attach to Whisper White card base.
8. Stamp apples from Sprinkles of Life on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock using Real Red ink. Color in the apples using a Blender Pen and Real Red ink.
9. Punch apples out using coordinating Tree Builder punch. Attach 2 apples to card front using SNAIL adhesive. Attach the 3rd apple using a Mini Dimensional to pop it up.
This card brings a smile!
