Circle Punch Trees

Circle Punch Trees

for quick and easy Christmas or winter-themed cards

Use your circle punches or dies to create trees made with layering circles.

Circle Punch Trees How To:

  1. Punch or die-cut circles out of designer paper (Shining Christmas DSP): 2 each using 1 1/4″, 1 3/8″, 2″, and 2 3/8″ circle punches or dies.  Fold in half using a bone folder to get crisp score lines.
  2. Mix a few drops of White craft ink refill into a small container.  Add water and mix.  Pick up color on a paint brush and flick the ink onto Crumb Crake card front using your index finger.  Set aside to dry.  Then, stamp speckles from Quiet Meadow using Craft White ink.  Attach Early Espresso card base.
  3. Cut a 1/4″ wide Early Expresso card stock for the tree trunk.
  4. Attach strip of Early Espresso card stock to the center of the card front.  Attach folded circles, one set on each side of the Early Espresso strip.  Start with the smallest circle at the top, working down to the largest.
  5. Tear a piece of Basic White card stock.  Stamp greeting from Bright Glow using Early Espresso ink.  Attach to card front.
  6. Attach Iridescent Adhesive-backed Discs to complete.

This is a great way to use up paper scraps.

The possibilities are endless!
