Here is another card created using Shimmer Paint.
I mixed Frost White Shimmer Paint with a drop of Old Olive reinker and dabbed onto the ornaments found in the Delightful Decorations stamp set using a sponge dauber, then stamped and punched out using the Ornament Punch. The one is the middle was lined up in perfect position using the Stamp-a-ma-jig and stamped right on the Whisper White card stock.
For the top piece, I ran a piece of Whisper White card stock through my Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder and Big Shot, then spritzed on color using a mixture of Frost White Shimmer Paint, rubbing alcohol and Old Olive reinker. I also sponged on a little more Old Olive ink just to add more depth.
After the card was complete, I spritzed on a mixture of Frost White Shimmer Paint and rubbing alcohol for an overall shimmery effect. Again, it is hard to photograph, but this card really sparkles.
The “Happy Holidays” greeting was also aligned using the stamp-a-ma-jig. I love my stamp-a-ma-jig!
