Gears & Textures Hello
Creating masculine cards can sometimes feel like a challenge, but the Gears & Textures Bundle makes it easy.
Today’s project is a quick and simple card design that combines industrial-style gears with rich texture for a bold look. It’s a great go-to layout when you need a masculine card in a hurry.
Gears & Textures Hello How-To:
Create the card front:
-Stamp images from the Gears & Textures stamp set on Soft Sea Foam cardstock using Secret Sea ink. Attach to a Cloud Cover mat.
-Emboss a strip of Soft Sea Foam cardstock using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder.
-Stamp “Hello” on a scrap of Cloud Cover cardstock using Secret Sea ink.
Complete the Card:
-Attach the embossed Soft Sea Foam strip and a strip of Nature Walk DSP to the Cloud Cover card front.
-Add a strip of ribbon (metallic copper from my stash) over the seam.
-Attach the stamped Gears & Textures panel. Add the greeting, slightly offset, and adhere with Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.
-Attach the finished card front to a Secret Sea card base to complete the card.
