Handmade Happiness-September Caring by Card
For my September Caring by Card postcards, I dug into my stash of retired Stampin’ Up! products and pulled out an assortment of stamp sets, Designer Series Papers, cardstock, and embellishments.
Instead of following one design, I mixed colors, patterns, textures, and techniques to create a cheerful collection of postcards, each with its own personality.
I look forward to creating postcards for the Caring by Card Network each month.
This project gives me a wonderful reason to revisit favorite retired products, use up scraps, and give well-loved crafting supplies a new purpose—all while creating something that will brighten someone’s day.
I especially enjoy making postcards because I can create them quickly without all the layers and materials of a traditional card.
Their simple format makes batch crafting easy, and their slim profile allows me to tuck several designs into one envelope when I send them to Caring by Card.
Best of all, I get to send a little handmade kindness out into the world.
Each postcard carries a cheerful greeting to someone who could use an unexpected reminder that someone is thinking of them.
