Our 3rd challenge for this month’s Splitcoaststampers Creative Crew (pages 2 and 3) was to celebrate the new In Colors from Stampin’ Up! The new In Colors are Baked Brown Sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe, Coastal Cabana, Pistachio Pudding and Strawberry Slush. Don’t they all sound delicious?
I created this quick and easy birthday candle card using all 5 of the new In Colors. As always, I can’t choose a favorite color. I like them all!
The candles were cut into 1/2″ wide and various length strips. The tallest candles are 3″ tall, the shortest are 2″ tall. I ran them through the Big Shot and Polka Dots Embossing Folder for a little texture. The candle flames are from the “wing” part of the Bird Builder punch.
