Floating Strips Stencil Card How-To:

  1. Gather Your Scraps
For this card, I used a mix of leftover pieces from previous projects:

  • Shaving cream background circle, stamped with a greeting (Happiest Day) in Early Espresso ink. View Shaving Cream Background How-to Video HERE
  • Stencil scrap from the Floating Strips Sunrise card. View More Floating Strips Creations HERE

      2 .Create the Stencil Layer

  • Place the stencil over the shaving cream circle.
  • Use small Foam Adhesive Strips or Mini Dimensionals on the edges to pop it up and create dimension.3

      3.Assemble the Card

  • Attach the stenciled piece to an Early Espresso mat.
  • Add to Lemon Lolly mat, then attach to  Early Espresso card base.

    4.Finish with Embellishments

  • Add metallic gems to complete the look.

Note: Due to the stencil’s size, this card is smaller than usual, measuring 4″ x 3 1/4″.
