Thank you Snow Much, Life is Beautiful Watercolor Wash Background
Here’s another card I created using the watercolor wash background technique paired with Misty Moonlight, Seaside Spray, and Gorgeous Grape inks and the Life is Beautiful stamp set.
Here’s How:
1. Spritz the watercolor card front with water. Create palettes of color in the ink pads of Misty Moonlight, Seaside Spray, and Gorgeous Grape using reinkers. Pick up the colors using a Water Painter and swipe onto the wet card front. Add more color and or water as desired. Set aside to dry completely.
2. Stamp tree and snowflakes from Life is Beautiful using Night of Navy ink. Stamp greeting from Snowflake Wishes using Night of Navy ink. I used my Stamparatus to get dark, stamped images. Pick up Night of Navy ink with a water painter and color the landscape below the tree.
3. Apply a touch of shimmer using a sponge and Frost White Shimmer Paint.
4. Attach to Night of Navy mat. Attach to Gorgeous Grape card base. Attach Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to complete.
