Mountain Air Paper Towel Background Card
Arts and Crafts Using Paper Towels!
Remember the Snowflake Wishes Designer Paper Card I created Here?
I used the paper towel used to clean up the stamps and blocks as my background for this Mountain Air card.
I always save the paper towels I use to clean up stamp and blocks or to blot watercolors.
Then, I use them for other projects.
Using paper towels in your arts and crafts add interest and texture!
Recycle and Reuse!

Here’s How:
- After cleaning your stamps, set the paper towel aside to dry completely.
- Separate the plys. You can use the other piece for another project.
- Attach one ply to a piece of card stock backing. I use regular Stampin’ Seal as my adhesive. By attaching the paper towel to a piece of card stock, it makes it easier to trim the paper towel down to the size you need.
- Trim paper towel to fit your project. I used my guillotine paper cutter.
- Stamp mountains and trees from Mountain Air stamp set using Night of Navy, Gorgeous Grape and Mossy Meadow Inks. Cut out using a die-cut machine and coordinating Majestic Mountain Dies. Attach to paper towel background using Dimensionals in between to pop them up.
- Attach to Night of Navy mat. Attach to Basic White card base. Stamp greeting from Flora and Fauna using Night of Navy ink.
