This week’s Less is More color challenge is “Gold”. When I saw the challenge, I knew exactly what my project would be. Glitter and lace!
This is one of my all-time favorite techniques. To create this beauty, all you need a piece of lace, very fine glitter and a sticky surface. I used an Avery full sheet label cut down to size. Peel the backing off the label and lay your lace onto the sticky side. Add glitter to the surface, carefully rubbing into and around the lace. Then peel off the lace. Very simple, but it is one of those WOW! projects. It’s hard to photograph, but this one sparkles in person.
Supplies Used:
Stamp Set: Sincere Salutations
Ink: Versamark
Paper: Whisper White
Accessories: Lace, Avery Labels, extra fine gold glitter, Embossing Buddy, heat tool, gold embossing powder

This looks amazing… what a great technique… does the part where the lace was removed remain sticky?
I’ll have to try it!
Thanks so much
