Nichole, our hostess for the Sunday Stamp Club, asked that I demonstrate the Magic Card.
The image on the front of the card is black and white. Pull the tab and voila, the image suddenly has color! Just like magic!
I will admit that this card is not the easiest to put together. The key is accurate scoring and cutting in order to make the “magic” happen without problems.
The best instructions I’ve found were done by Beate Johns on Splitcoaststampers:
Supplies used:
Stamp Set: Punch Pals (thanks to Tammy Fite for loaning me her set!)
Ink: Basic Black, Brilliant Blue, Black Stazon, various watercolor crayons
Paper: Very Vanilla, Bashful Blue, Elegant Eggplant-since this was a Stamp Club project, I added the purple in memory of Beth Miller. She was a special member of our Saturday Stamp Club, and purple was her favorite color.
Accessories: coluzzle, personal paper trimmer and scorer, window sheets, 1 1/4″ and 1/16″ circle punches, large and small tag punches, rhinestone, silver brad, aqua painter
